Under 16: a parent or guardian must be present and give written consent. Ages 16–17: a parent or photo ID is needed for ear piercings. 18 and over: bring a valid photo ID for any piercing.

We exclusively use implant-grade ASTM F136 titanium, solid gold, and lab-grown diamond pieces. No mystery metals, ever.

Absolutely, it's one of the things we're most known for. Around 60% of our clients are neurodivergent or sensory-sensitive. We offer adjustable lighting, calming music, fidget toys, and a totally pressure-free environment. We go at your pace, always.

It depends on the piercing. Earlobes: 6–9 months. Cartilage: 12+ months. Other piercings vary. We give you full aftercare guidance and you can always message us with questions during healing.

Not until it's fully healed. Changing too early is the most common cause of irritation and infection. We offer downsize/upgrade/guidance appointments in store, pop by!

Eat a proper meal beforehand. Avoid alcohol and blood thinners for 24 hours prior. Come hydrated and comfortable. That's it! Dont forget your ID!
